This page explains what personal data we collect on sellapartmentdubai.com and where it goes. We keep it plain. You can read the whole site, including the calculator, without giving us any personal data. The site starts collecting data when you submit your property or contact us.

Who is responsible

The controller for personal data processed through this site is Recom Real Estate LLC, Office 2604, The Prism Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, the licensed Dubai brokerage (RERA ORN 30360) that operates sellapartmentdubai.com. The contact person for privacy matters is Rene Florian. Write to hello@recom.ae.

What we collect

• Property submission. When you use the wizard at /submit-property, we receive what you enter: details about your property (type, location, size, asking price and similar fields), your name, your phone number, your email address if you provide one, and your preferred contact channel.
• Photos and documents. The wizard lets you upload photos and PDF documents, for example a title deed or a floor plan. Uploads are optional. Only upload what you are comfortable sharing for a valuation.
• WhatsApp and email. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send. WhatsApp itself is a Meta service and processes your messages under its own privacy policy.
• Server logs. As on virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical logs (such as IP address, request time and requested page) for security and operational purposes.

Why we use it

We use your submission to prepare a valuation of your property, to contact you about it on the channel you chose, and to manage the conversation in our CRM. Nothing else. Where a legal basis is required (for example under the GDPR for visitors in the EU), that basis is the performance of steps you have requested: you asked for a valuation, we prepare and deliver one.

Where your data goes

We name our processors honestly. Your submission passes through the following systems:

• Pixxi CRM. Our customer relationship system. Your contact details and property data are stored here so the responsible broker can handle your request.
• Vercel (hosting and file storage). The site runs on Vercel. Photos and documents you upload are stored in Vercel Blob storage.
• Brevo and Resend (email). Used to send notification and reply emails, for example the confirmation that your submission arrived.
• Upstash (queue). A short-lived technical queue that moves your submission reliably from the website into our systems.
• Internal task system. Your request is turned into a task for our team so it gets picked up and answered.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties beyond what is described here. As a Dubai brokerage, we process your data primarily in the United Arab Emirates; the hosting and email providers named above may process data on servers outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as we need it to value your property and handle the sale or follow-up you asked for. If nothing comes of it, the data sits in our CRM as a closed inquiry. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a record. Uploaded photos and documents are deleted on the same request.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@recom.ae. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

Cookies & local storage

This site sets no marketing cookies and runs no third-party analytics or ad pixels. That is why there is no cookie banner. Your browser stores a few purely technical flags during a visit: one so the intro animation runs only once, one so the exit prompt appears only once, and your wizard draft so you do not lose your entries between steps. These stay on your device, identify nobody, and the draft is cleared after you submit.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, for example if we introduce analytics or a new processor, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. The current version always reflects what the site actually does.
